Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer tracked shipping services with the following estimated delivery times:

All shipping times are provided in good faith and represent estimates only.
Actual delivery may vary depending on location, carrier workload, public holidays, and customs processing.
For EU and UK consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance.
Order Processing
- Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your parcel has been shipped.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s regulations.

If customs delays or import restrictions occur, they are unfortunately beyond our control. You are responsible for complying with any import laws or regulations in your region.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
For EU and UK customers, this does not affect your statutory rights. Deliveries will be completed within 30 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed.
If your parcel has not arrived within five business days after the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbours or household members first.
- Contact us with your order number and any photos of damage or packaging (where applicable).
We’ll liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
