Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and uninstalled, with original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email sales@element22.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason.
- Once your return is approved, send the item(s) — at your cost — to:

Australia - Create your own shipping label and keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Allow up to 10 business days after we receive your parcel for inspection and processing.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom, special-order, or personalised items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different item?
Simply return the original product (once approved) for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
